My name is Jennifer Davidson.
I conduct first aid courses for groups of smart, responsible people who take the safety and well-being of those around them seriously.
Unfortunately we live in a world full of danger. Accidents can happen no matter where you are, whether it's at home, school, in the workplace or on holiday.
Approximately 60 % of accidents occur in the family home. Be prepared ! You may need to apply First Aid Skills at some point to an Infant / Child /or Adult.
The immediate treatment that someone receives after an accident often makes the biggest difference to the recovery after they have received proper medical attention.
So How Can I Help You Learn First Aid?
I am an experienced first aid trainer with nationally recognised qualifications. I'm a mother and business woman who knows first-hand, the importance of first aid. I love my job and I'm passionate about teaching such an important skill to people like you.
I offer various different courses and can tailor each to your group's specific job, industry, business or lifestyle.
I'm a big believer in making sure that every person I train actually learns the skills and feels confident that they can apply those skills when they are faced with difficult situations.
Although all first aid trainers have teaching guidelines that they must adhere to, there are some extra strategies that I apply to ensure that you not only learn, but remember these life saving skill:
- I make my sessions interactive, you actually participating in the learning. You won't retain these skills as much if all you do is listen.
- I offer smaller group sizes to ensure that all your questions are answered and you get the one on one attention you may require.
- I have a friendly, upbeat approach to first aid training. Although it is a serious subject, I find this approach works best - I figure, you won't learn anything if you fall asleep!
- I don't treat it as a test or exam. There is no pressure on you, my training sessions are totally relaxed.
- I'm flexible in where we hold the training session. We can hold it at your home or workplace or we can hold it in my relaxed training room. The more comfortable you are, the better you will learn and retain the skills I teach you.
Although I offer all first aid training services. I have dedicated courses to cater for Parents eager to know how to look after their child in an emergency/ Adults wanting the skills to look after their Partners and Friends/ and Business/ corporate groups requiring ongoing skills to ensure a safe Work Place, in turn Reduce Compensation by increasing Awareness/ Skills And Knowledge
